Deposits are non-refundable and secure the requested date or service.

Final payment is due prior to service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Rental items remain the property of Moments of Essence and must be returned in the same condition received.

Clients are responsible for loss, theft, or damage to rental items while in their possession.

Custom products, digital products, and personalized services are non-refundable once work has begun or files have been delivered.

Clients must provide all required event details, design selections, and venue information no later than fourteen (14) days before the event date.

Moments of Essence is not responsible for venue cleaning, trash removal, or post-event cleanup unless specifically contracted.

Rescheduled events and services are subject to availability.

By submitting payment, the client acknowledges and agrees to these terms.
